Jjigae is a Korean word for stew. Gochujang is a chili paste that exemplifies Korean cuisine. This dish is an ideal amalgamation of spice, heat, sweetness and an extricable richness.

Give this one-pot Jjigae (stew), served with sticky rice, a shot to warm your heart in more ways than one.

Your Meal Kit comes with the following:

WHAT'S NOT IN THE BOX 

You will need the following staples from your pantry:

  • 150 gms Tofu OR 100 gms Boneless Chicken Thigh and 30 gms Tofu (optional)
  • Salt 
  • Water

Equipment needed: Saucepan, Kadhai, Chopping board, Knife

For all orders that are placed before 10 pm on a particular day, the delivery can happen the next day. We usually deliver between 11:00 AM-6:00 PM. You can also schedule your delivery for a particular date at the time of checkout.

Upon receiving the box, it is recommended to immediately refrigerate it and prepare the dish within 24 hours. While we recommend you cook the dish on the same day as receiving it, the refrigerated box stays good for 48 hours.

Yes, we do accept COD as a payment option. However, in the interest of your safety and that of our delivery partners, we encourage that you keep all deliveries and orders contactless. We offer multiple online payment options for pre-paid orders.

We currently try to source all our ingredients as close to the farms as possible. As we grow, our goal is to source locally harvested fresh foods directly from the farms. In pursuit of this, we've tied up with some hydroponic farms and are sourcing most leafies and exotics directly from the farms.
